It depends what you want the suit for. If you want something that looks cool and modern then Ted Bakers are cool, but if you want something classic (traditional) then try Austin Reed or even M&S (the fabric might not be up to Saville Row standards, but the cuts are pretty good).

They hire a suite in a hotel over here, take all your measurements, then send them back to Hong Kong to have the suit made. Its then shipped over here.
I generally get a couple of suits and half a dozen shirts made up, plus extra trousers, for around the same cost as a single hand made suit from saville row....
