Best player you seen play in the Premier League?

Really? I can't remember him ever producing anything that required very much skill*. Quick, strong and extremely powerful yes but for skilful see Robinho and Zola.

* awaits video of his Michael Flatley impression :o

Seriously? :o It went out of his game the longer he played but don't you remember the showpony tag? For a long time he looked more like a YouTube compilation than a footballer.

This basically Fergi don't like players doing skill moves ect due to chance of them making mistakes Giggsy was the same when he first joined united always doing skill moves now very rarely happens.

If you look at the way united play when comes to doing tricks/skill moves it is kept to a minimum unless they have a nice lead and start having a bit of fun.

Yep that was the one. His pace was unreal as he burst through the defence for that goal. "Electrifying" was how Martin Tyler called it in the commentary and he was bang on.

May as well link you to it. Part one and two

Honestly watching that makes me sad, I miss those days, what a team :(

If you can get hold of a copy of the DVD for the 49 game unbeaten run then do so. Reminds you just how incredible that side was and what an integral part of it Henry was.

That's why he is the best Premiership player ever for me.

I've got a team picture signed by the whole lot at the end of that season, my father won it at auction for about £800, it was at some charity event hosted by the club. I'll never forget that season :)
