Best pre-built OCUK system

the 300 is a much better case, MUCH, not entirely sure about quieter but Id suspect it is too

One last question, if i was going to build the i7 rig myself, bar the main components what else would i need in terms of fans, thermal paste, cables etc?

You dont NEED anything, its whether or not you want anything else, the basic cmponents are more than enough, main thing would be an aftermarket cooler, because it would be a crime not to OC that baby at some point (as in get it all set up and get comfortable then OC) It might be a bit intimidating the idea of building a computer yourself for the first time but it really is quite easy, its almost like lego. Main thing is to have plenty of space, light and time, and if for some reason it doesnt work first time dont panic, might be something simple like forgetting to remove the plastic cover from the HSF (voice of experience, lol)
