They just emailed me saying it will dispatched in 24-48 hours... good news though longer than it should have been!

I dont think they have a clue, i rang to cancel, they had no idea if it had shipped or not, status says its not even been picked.

This was 10 hrs ago, nothings been cancelled.

just send them an email on their website saying to check the status of your order, that's what I did and it seemed to get em in gear
