Best prog to test your adsl connection?

Im on my 12th or 13th day since upgrade(not sure whether or not to count the first day or not) and im only getting 0.5 mbps it went up to about 3.5 on friday but since then its been tediusly slow. Should I give bt a ring and see whats going on?

Who are you with. I upgraded with BT and my speeds are good. Have you tried resetting/rebooting your router if you have one?
