Best program for RAM /NB stressing?

Hi,
My system passed around 6 hours prime95 blend mode, but crashed after around 10 minutes of gaming. I know by now it is a NB / RAM issue as my cpu is running on a x6 multi.

What program would you guys recommend for me to test NB and RAM speed stability? Prime95 doesn't seem to do the job properly.
 
How many passes memtest would you recommend? My OC passed 30 loops of IBT and proved unstable after 15 minutes in Call of duty 5.

EDIT- I was using IBTv1.9 though, would that make any difference. And I'm on 64 bit vista now as well.

Yeah, graphics have no problems. I found out that my NB needs 1.48 v to stay stable. Do I need to up the NB volts when upping multiplier? It's stable at 1600 fsb with 6x multi at the moment. I know Vcore would need to be increased, but any other voltages when upping the multi?

On an Intel® chipset you need to raise the Northbridge volts when you *lower* a chips multiplier, not sure about the nVidia platform though.

Is your Intel® Core™2 Quad Q6600 running stably at 2.4GHz (6x400) on the nVidia 790i Ultra?
 
Yeah, it can go up to 8x multi. But my Q6600 needs 1.6v to stay stable. I haven't tested it thoroughly enough to be certain. I've had to lower fsb to 1560 with a vcore of 1.552.

With 1600 fsb, the board was stable with 6x, 7x and 8x multi without any increases in NB voltage.

IBT is great, thats the one that has managed to get the best heat out of this cpu.
all fo the other benching type things always come in at about 15 deg cooler
 
Well, I cannot for the life of me get it stable at 1600 x 9 now. It also seems that any fsb between 1333-1600 is also unstable. Anyway, I far cry 2 benched it at 3.6 Ghz with RAM overclocked to 1450. And only saw 1 fps gain average over 3ghz overclock with no ram overclock. So now I've saved the overclocked profiles, and dialled it down to 3 ghz.

My Q6600 is happy with 1.4v at 3Ghz. but needs around 1.52 and Loadline Calibration (to disable vdroop) to be stable at 3.2Ghz. it is too much of a voltage hike for just 200 mhz more. It's just a bad chip I guess, and also my striker Ii extreme seems to like corrupting my hard drives recently.
