im looking for the best psu to use for a x1900 crossfire setup

ive been using the silverstone st60f but its not coping too well
quad rail is good but i think my processor demands a bit too much
since the cpu and pci-e shares the same rails its going back.

im thinking the seasonic 600w should be good but any other recommendations?

ideally id want to spend aroun the £100 mark

many thanks :)

FSP Sparkle FX700-GLN Epsilon 700W ATX2.0 PSU (CA-001-SK)

I was recommended this one by a few people on this board who had used them successfully and I am very happy with it also , unforunately its about £12 inc vat over your budget but worth it for peice of mind - a good quality 600w psu like you suggested SHOULD be ok but its more hit and miss

actually i can get the 700W FSP Sparkle Epsilon FX700-GLN SLi/Xfire for £97inc, have you had any trouble with this, especially when overclocking?

what are the rails like, thanks :)

Never had a problem overclocking but have never looked at the rails

My E6300 is upto around 3.3GHz now have to clock the cards

i think i might get the fsp

has 4 x 12v @ 18a each

seasonic has

2 x 12v @ 18a each

silverstone has

4 x 12v rails - 13, 18, 16, 8
