Hi,
I'm looking to get a new PSU for under £100, I read some reviews and this Corsair TX 750W ATX2.2 SLI Compliant PSU seems good, any other recommendations please?

The thermaltake toughpower 750w is a very good unit at under £100.00, using one here without any issues, basically its the same psu as the corsair tx750w.

Boo-urns, ocuk have stopped selling enermax psu's :( that would be my fanboy(ish) recomendation....

Cosair apparently are the second best

Thermaltake Toughpower 750w is good for under £100 or for a tenner more from OC you could get the Thermaltake Toughpower 850w which is a modular PSU, so that means tidy cables!!

Im looking for a new PSU as my 500w probably wont cope when I upgrade to a quad core.

Havent bought a PSU since 2005, is it me or has the price of branded PSUs really gone up?

I recently bought an OCZ StealthXstream one for around 70 inc vat and delivery and am very pleased with it's build quality and 3 year warranty.

Very quiet too.

Everything has gone up. E8400 was £112 inc VAT about 6months ago.

Keep the Enermax 580W.

You say keep the 580W

Thought i needed a 8 pin molex connector for the new card?? but i think it has some cables supplied with it dont know untill i receive it though. the 580w has 6 pin connector and i am not sure if it produces enough amps unless someone here knows the answer.

Cheers

Leigh
