Best Ram £150

I have 150 quid to spend on new ram for my i7 rig
It will be running on an ASUS P6T
what is the best ram for the money??

You can go for the OCZ Golds:

Or if you can put in an extra £15 then you can get the Corsair's which have better timings.

This stuff at the minute IMHO.

Personally, I wouldn't pay the extra £40 for the CL7 stuff.

The Corsair C7 can be found within budget if you shop around.

Well the Corsair is better in a way since it has tighter timings, though it wouldn't be much of a difference in the real world.

In benchmarks it matters as you'll get a higher score but there's no noticeable difference in everyday usage of programs etc.

in adobe master collection there shouldn't be, heck I'm using 800Mhz with fireworks, dreamweaver and photoshop cs4 and they're speedy as hell.

Wow ram has gone expensive lately hasnt it WHY WHY WHY ??? I paid the same as this for my 6gb kit. Anyway very good stable ram this and can reccomend if you can get the 6gb for what I paid

expensive, yeah. but just be thankful you're after DDR3, DDR2 has gone from £30 to £80 in the last 3 months
