what would you suggest, i am going to order a PII x3 2.8 and clock it to 3.5ghz with a MSI 790FX-GD70 AMD 790FX (Socket AM3) mainboard it supports DDR3 800/1066/1333/1600*/1800*/2133*(OC)

what would be best for this taking into account stability i.e best cpu overclock vs no crashing :)

which speed of ram would best suit it price/quality/reliability wise
thanks for you time.

I'm using this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-109-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1387

My 720BE is clocked to 3.6GHz atm and still not found the limit, the RAM is set to follow the CPU speed at the minute until I have finished playing with the CPU but when I jumped it up to 1600MHz (just the RAM clocked at that point) it ran fine :) Apparently some boards won't work well with the 1900MHz option but I don't have a list of such boards nor know where one might be found...

Room temp is about 20C at the minute.

Stock config:
idle temp = 26C
Max Load (half hour) = 38C

Clocked at 3.6GHz (presently playing with 3.7 but something is upsetting it):
idle temp = 32C
Max load (half hour solid load, on for 6 hours) = 43C

These are measured using Gigabytes software (except room temp) so they may not be dead accurate. Running in an Antec 300 case with a 120mm fan in the top front fan mount and the 2 stock fans (only got an X1300 in the pc till I get a real graphics card)

Edit: I am running a Freezer 64 Pro CPU cooler set at max rpm for the overclocks, it was set to auto for the stock config tests
