Best real time monitoring S.M.A.R.T program?

Hello all,

As above I'm after a real time monitoring smart program. This is for use on my PC which is used as a media server about 95% of the time, I want to know as soon as possible if there are any potential issues with any of my drives.

I run hd tune pro semi regularly, but would like a program that's constantly monitoring for any problems.

Any recommendations will be very much appreciated.

Two i use is:

Hard Disk Sentinel
Stablebit Scanner (being on their 30 day trial, think i'm going to buy it )
 
Stablebit Scanner works well for me. When it detects imminent failure it migrates all the data to another disc (requires stablebit drivepool). Saved me twice this year :)
