Best Res to lay on its side ?

So i want to lay my res on its side (after filling it up) its the only way i can see the res in my case. Whats the best res to lay on its side ? What have people had experience with, I dont want to create noise.

Really it comes down to securely mounting the res itself,aswell a keeping it above the pump.


The Photon should be easy to mount horizontal due to its mounting mechanism.Also the new Monsoon MMRS res's can easily be mounted horizontally.

These are due to arrive at UK retailers this month according to Gene from Monsoon.Defiantly worth a look.Im considering getting one and mounting it horizontally on a midplate across the HDD bays in my air 540

Thanks bud I need a tiny res as i dont have a lot of space in my case but if on its side i have a fair bit more space.
