Very little difference in SATA cables. Some of the very cheapest, and I mean you'd have to find the cheapest ever 'might' be of 'slightly' inferior quality but pretty much any will do. I have read that some of the cheaper ones use 2 of something whereas better ones use of that thing (I believe it is to do with shielding) - hope that helps LOL! .
I use the Akasa SATA-2 45cm Silver Data Cable (CB-053-GE) http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/SATA_Cables.html As they look decent, and have small 'clip' things that make them a bit more secure. But other than that, there really isnt that much to differenciate SATA cables.
