I always just used glass cleaner for the last 20 years like my muscle and it's brilliant with a microfibre cloth, literally 0 streaks.
never damaged any of my monitors yet but I guess there's always a chance.

I tried some muc off screen cleaner and it's absolutely useless in comparison and leaves loads of streaks.

So what's everyone using?

I just used a dampened and wrung out microfibre cloth. I would hold it at both ends and glide it across the screen, as to limit pressure. I wouldn't go over it and typically don't use the screen for a while to allow it to dry completely.

I use glasses cleaner wipes as the solution will evaporate off leaving no streaks etc. Always worked well for me.

Probably bit too aggressive cleaner. I wouldn't use any chemicals as you don't know long term effects on different types of plastic, coatings etc.

I'd just use destilled water, couple of microfibre cloths (washed and made sure no grit etc) One for damp wipe other for dry buff to remove any left over avoid any water drying leaving marks.

Never had a problem done it for like 20 years, I tend not to get it on the bezel etc. If its good enough to clean reading and sun glasses and not cause an issue im sure its ok on my monitor.

Depends on the monitor/coating. My old IPS I used ecomist. For my oled I'm using deionised water sprayed onto ultrafine microfibre cloth.

With my Alienware OLED's, I use distilled water and a two microfibre cloths, one to apply the water and one to remove. I use the MR.SIGA Premium Microfiber cloths from the rainforest.

I shopped at Amazon and bought a bottle of Ecomoist. Amazon delivered it and I've been using it since then. Thanks Amazon.
