Best Settings for hyper x ddr2 8500

Im using a DFI 790fxb-mr2sh and some Kingston HyperX 8500 1066MHz, whats the best settings to use?

When i set it to auto i get whats in pic 1, all i know is that the ram is [email protected] , please help

set the FSB : DRAM to 1:1

can you do that on a amd board??
