Will be getting a 150GB Velociraptor tomorrow to use as my main boot drive.

I'll be adding that to my existing 320GB (be used for downloads & storage) & 500GB (backup & storage)

Just wondered the best way to connect it all up...

Currently I have ;
320 on IDE Channel 0 Master
500 on IDE Channel 1 Master

Obviously I'll put the Velociraptor on IDE Channel 0 Master, but where is the best place to connect the 320 & 500. Shall I put one on IDE Channel 0 Slave, and the remainder on IDE Channel 1 Master, or what??? Does it really make a difference?

Let me know what would be best, I'd love some help

It shouldn't matter. Some motherboard manuals say to plug the boot drive in a certain port, but other than that it dont matter.

Will dig out the manual and have a read see if it says anything....if I can find. Cheers!
