Best software to convert .avi to iPod format?

Tried a couple, neither of them have worked so far.

WinFF and Super.

Both keep coming up with errors for every file I use.

I assume he's using Windows judging by the software he's already tried

iPodifier is easily the best I've used. It works really easily and you can add multiple videos as a batch job and then just leave it running. Highly recommended
