Best software to keep track of computer temperature

nice, im bookmarking all these programs for when i get my 1st pc (self building lol) cant wait, can you use core temp on notepads too then?
 
How about Speccy from Piriform?

It will track all your temperatures, is completely free and gives you all your system information, I wouldn't be without it.


Though I think it gives you real time data rather than a trackable graph if that's what you are looking for.
 
cheers, ive gone with core temp as i noticed you can have a gadget for windows 7 aswel. Not sure if you can with speccy i might of missed it.
