Best Stripe Size

I am in the process of installing two 160gig drives in raid 0. What is the best size of stripe for speed? They will be run on an Adaptec RAID 1220SA and will be the boot drive for vista 64bit. I the will be backing up data on another 200gig drive and an externaldrive, thanks

64kb will be grand. 32kb would be a tad small IMO if you'll have music and video files on the RAID too.

I am using 64 for my 2 Raptor's in Raid 0 for the OS and apps; and using 128 for my 4 WD 250gb in Raid 0 for my data and video editing files.

64k it is. All my media will be in the other drives. Only os and programs will be on the array

yeah 64k is best for os and normal usuage. 128k for processing large files like photoshop etc.
