Being picky... I would say ... just spend a little more time trying to route the spare cabling around behind the MOBO and right side cover to improve your airflow through the case. That way your temps will be easier to control with lower fan speeds which may reduce the noise a little.

looking good, halfway through reading this post i was going to urge u to get the 550 BE but youve still bagged yourself a nice pc.
with regards to the noise its either the case fan or the cpu fan making the racket so upgrade them, a new 'silent' case fan such as;http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-037-AK&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=4 then if that doesnt solve it go for an after market cpu cooler;http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-000-AR

I tidied them after the photo above...but intend to tidy them even more soon...do you mean the PSU wires...or all of the wires? Not sure if there's room behind the mobo(?) but will take a look

Am I correct in thinking that my fans are on their lowest settings already?

I will take a look at purchasing some new fans soon...

Should be a gap between the mobo mounting board and your right side panel that you can tidy some wires into using cable ties and stick on cable tie anchors. It can be harder on some cases than others.
