Best System Upgrade??

Hello all,

I have the following system:

AMD Athlon X2 3800+ @ 2.6GHz
1GB DDR400 RAM (Dual Channel)
250GB Seagate 7200RPM/8MB Cache IDE Hard Disk
ASUS V9999GT 128MB AGP (6800GT)
Abit AV8 Socket 939 Motherboard
ColorsIT 480W Gold PSU (120mm Fan)

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas as for the next upgrade step before a big LAN party (see my other posts lol!) If possible I need to spend a relatively small amount of money

Any ideas?

Unsure as to what you are asking, are you wanting to use some of the stuff you have for a new build? What is you're budget?

I basically was just asking what I could do to make my system better; the system above is what I have at the moment. I personally think the 1GB of RAM And the graphics card are a bottleneck - especially with the card being 128MB.

The case is also a point of discussion - It is a standard cheap and cheerful black case, but I wouldn't mind something nicer. I had the CoolerMaster Waemaster in mind - any other thoughts or ideas on this front would also be brilliant!

As above plus a x1950 Pro.

1950 pro and another gig of ram should be a nice boost, not really cheap though.
