Best technical IT mail list

Trying to find a decent website which does a newsletter of new technology / solutions etc which focuses purely on the technical side. Everything i've tried so far just sends me management related stuff and no substance to the technical items. Anyone got a good suggestion?

You could try http://www.windowsitpro.com as it offers some very good IT newsletters (granted mostly Windows orientated). It really depends on how deep you want to go or if you mean just hardware technology?

I'd rather have it as an email newsletter. I'm looking for windows, AD, networking, security, hardware and general support type stuff if possible.
