Best Teeth Whitening Toothpaste

As a quick tip: try brushing your teeth 4 times a day (after breakfast, dinner tea and before bed) AND after everytime you consume sugar/acid foods (cola is one and so are sweets) acid burns away enamel like fire to meths. Red wine, coffee are others.

You shouldnt be brushing your teeth immediately after sugary / acidic foods as the abbrasive effect of the toothpaste plus the acid remaining in your mouth does more harm than good.

For example, in the mornings you should clean your teeth before you drink your orange juice (disgusting I know).

What order are you supposed to do your teeth routine if you are flossing and using mouthwash? Never actually known... Always done brushing flossing then mouthwash.

Its probably best to brush your teeth and floss afterwards, then at a different time in the day use the mouthwash. This effectively increases your fluoride exposure and thus helps prevent cavities.

I suggest getting an electric toothbrush tbh. I just went to my hygienist and she told me that I need to get one and she gave me some toothpaste really high in fluoride [really used to fight cavities etc]
use some of that macleans, colgate isn't bad either.

Yes that's true, there isn't much you can do then unless you use something soft and non-abrasive, I believe baking soda would be non-abrasive also.

I can't bare to think about the minty taste mixed with orange. :p

BTW has anyone here used a Solar Toothbrush? The toothpasteless ones?

Already got an electric toothbrush. :)

Bought Janina Diamond today as it's pretty good apparently (read reviews of it, all 10/10). Although it's a bit pricey compared to the others.. £10.99 for 50ml I think. :/
