i have a 939 board and the best thing for me was speedfan altho it can be a little complicated to get hold of. If you register u can grab a profile from there page which someone will have made for your board which allows you full access to the sensors/speeds and voltages.

piriforms new speccy is very accurate for mine but seems to use a lot of resources, theres also everest but you have to pay for that but there is a free 30 day trial

I use a very old program called Aida32 then I compare notes with the more contemporary Speedfan program.
