Best TFT?

Posted this in Consoles but heard i will have a better reception in here:

Well from this thread i rekon my best bets gonna be a TFT, so which is going to yield the best results?

I have been looking at the Dell 2407 FWP, are there any better alternatives?
Also does anyone have pictures of their set up using a TFT?

Edit: and i've just seen Gibbo's post,, so so tempted, anyone got any recommendations before the weekend as will prob buy then, unless a second hand one appears?

If your machine isn't capable enough for gaming at those resolutions, you might consider 20" 1680x1050 panel, which are roughly half as much. Also PC monitors are 16:10 not 16:9 so for films they're not ideal. You can keep aspect but image smaller.

ie the Dell Ultrasharp 2007WFP is £235.

Doh, shoulda said in here, its going to be plugged into a 360, used as a tv, maybe, and with my macbook so going to be films etc.

You're prob. better off getting an hdtv with resolution at 1360/768 as 360 games are rendered at 720p and you'll be able to see all the faults in dvds and tv at such a high resolution

Agreed! The extra size will be so noticable and make the experience a lot more enjoyable imo.
