Best 'The Matrix' Blu Ray transfer

I work at Technicolor where we do all Uk distribution on WB titles, spoke with CS about this previously and apparently this is just a wild rumour. There is nothing planned in over the next year or two for anything like this :(

Not entirely a wild rumour awhile back a friend of mine who has redone CG for stargate and produces the 3D in ads for loads of companies and so on was approached about doing some of it but the project was canned and from the sounds of it restarted and aborted a few times before and since.

Really, it's odd as he is a sound lad and not one for bsing. Maybe he just passed on info he had been told. Watched the second movie a couple if weeks ago and the highway chase scene is still fantastic and still holds up very well... Well except maybe when the agent jumps on the car is a bit ropey but the rest is still very good.

I enjoy watching the first matrix film but it is really difficult to find the motivation to rewatch the others. Sort of "if it's on telly and there's nothing else on I might watch it" syndrome

It's weird seeing the old phones and CRT monitors yet at the same time it doesn't feel that old yet feels old. Kind of weird.

Does he also work in Technicolor Rugby? I ask because we do all WB distribution for the UK from this depot. Wonder if I know him :)

Hummm.. Now I an not sure about that, I do know that he worked at the Sony distribution center till it had the fire. I do know that he moved to Leamington Spa when he relocated to his new job.

Don't think we can post a link due to copyright 'infringements' but with most, if not all 'Fan Edits' of films, as a stipulation to get them, you have to own the originals. I have one of The Matrix and its a, not far off, 4 hour (3-in-to-1) movie. (All of 1 and the crud taken out of 2 and 3). Quite good and well edited in my opinion. If only there was a bluray of it

:D haha

It has? do you have a link?
