Best to clone to new SSD or install Win 10 ?

New SSD just arrived. Now I wonder, is it fine to just clone from old SSD to new using Easeus Partion or best to install Win 10 on the new SSD?

Fresh install is always preferred IMO.

Unless there’s a specific reason you have not to. Clone if you must.

Fresh install, last drivers from manufacturer's website and then your apps. Nice point to create an image after that.
