best TV card?

Sorry if this is the wrong section for this.

I have tried usb tv tuner things before to get tv on my pc but they have never worked. So now for my new build i want to add a TV card so i can watch tv

What card to you recommend? It must be compatible with VISTA or W7.

freeview would be good, but aslong as i get bbc 1 2 STV and channel 4 that would be great.

i have 2 in mind now, nova t 500 aand the commpro s350. what one is best for the money? im new to tv cards and i dont know what to look for

now that im fully informed about tv cards im going to buy WinTV Nova HD S2

lots of good reviews on forums/websites about that. Just hope it will work on my new build now. No reason why it shouldnt
