Well, these look like they would do the job, but you would have to wait a little while...

I just walk with a wide stance :p

I've holes where the gooch has worn away on some pairs of my boxers and also on the side of each thigh from pulling my thigh wedgies back down after sitting and then standing up.

You could just go commando?

No on the contrary, it absorbs any humidity which often what causes the chaffing. However, vaseline does work well.

Going commando is also a good option - but a lot of people don't like doing it. However when doing sport/exercise I like to have some support! ;)

Honestly? Rochas are the ONLY boxers which don't chafe me. Those and my increasing collection of Next spongebob boxers...

Rochas almost always available in TK maxx for reasonable money

1. What the heck is a Gooch?!
2. What the heck is that in those photos?!

On a serious note. Why do they need to be natural material only? I'd recommend trunks made from a mix of cotton and Lycra. Stretchy! I get mine from next so no use to you but you may be able to find some elsewhere. That and talc will do you fine. Or merino wool if you're made of money.
