Best upgrade path

Hi,

I'm looking to squeeze a few more fps out of Skyrim, and also upgrade to a 1080p monitor (from 1680x1050) without taking a performance hit. My rig is as follows - does anyone have any suggestions for the first thing to upgrade?

Intel i5-2500k
Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3-B3
Radeon HD6850
4GB (2x2) Corsair XMS3, 1600MHz
500GB Seagate Barracuda
OCZ ModXStream 600W

Fair enough, I thought as much. I can get 4GB more of the same ram for under £20 so will do that at some point, but GPUs are so damn expensive. Another 6850 for crossfire would still be about £100 which is just too much... but perhaps I could get a 6950 or a 560Ti and sell the 6850?
