Windows Firewall + Hardware firewall

And of course, common sense.

... I used to use all kinds of software to protect my computer, now all i use is:

Norton 2005
Trend Micro Anti-Spyware 3
NeoWatch 2.5 (occasionally)

I was sure how good Trend was until recently when i installed and ran Adware and it detected absolutely nothing, in the past i would find hundreds of nasty little critters.

If i need anything else now..... ill install it :cool:
