I rate my Belinea 22" widescreen for £225 del. No dvi and what but seems considerably better at handeling games/dvd compared to the Asus

Yes it is a tn panel, which i find is perfect for games and general browsing etc.

If your coming from a crt stretch the budget for the NEC20gx2 (resposive) the viewing angles means your friends see what you see. Excellent D-SUB colour reproduction too. (Spot on)

On a more of a budget I would be looking at Philips own version of the same S-IPS panel and would be mostly concidering the dell 2007 fpw.

The Samsung 205BW can be had for £200 on or near the high street, great screen. I've only had mine a week or so but I'm very impressed with it.
