I know water Cooling done well, it's safe and effective. But logic tells me, electrics and water not a safe combo. Over the years, not lately mind you I've had great result with all kinds of air coolers. I mess frequently with the internals of my tower Pc's, so faffing with water is definitely out. I tried to get used to laptops, but their tiny screens and lack of grunt still frustrates me. I'm excited to see how well this new stuff work's and I may even grab a half decent modern gpu.

Get this H100 for 40f dont think you can beat that !!!
It is "refurbished" so probably a RMA return of one of many that have failed.. and with only a 90 day warranty probably not worth the gamble.
Refurbished or Factory Reconditioned Products

Corsair offers a 30-day, replacement-only warranty for refurbished or factory reconditioned Memory, SSD and USB parts.

To the OP

Freezer i30's are very good, and can be sourced for £25. They will provide more cooling then your Freezer 7 and also much quieter than the Freezer 7.

The fan on these is reliable, however there is a 'CO' version that uses a more durable fan designed for constant uptime / server work. I'm just about to build my second 24/7 uptime server with an i30 CO.

The H100 is a closed unit, easier to mount than a heatsink, everything is enclosed so you don't need to do anything with the liquid. For the £40 it's an absolute bargain, they are refurbished, however the pumps are brand new as they have been replaced and everything else is up to spec. They're basically brand new units at a storming price.

It may have a new pump but with only a 90 day warranty and no warranty against damaging.. no thanks.

interesting idea about this cheap water unit.Ive had my stuff delivered & got the Z87 D3HP Gigabyte mobo in the end, with the haswell i5 4670k & 16 gig Corsair Vengeance 1600. Cooler i got, the BeQuiet Shadow Rock Pro SR1 Its MASSIVE but temps and noise levels are superb

Had a mild OC with my Haswell i5. testing 4.3 gig and all seems ok, and the temps max with orthos on a 60 min run have hit 64. Excellent cooler.
