Best value Socket 775 CPU + Cooler

I have a DFI 875P-T board, brand new, i was going to sell it but i might just build a PC for my daughter. What is the best value Socket 775 CPU I could get. In other words I am talking bang for buck, as I would like to overclock it.

I have some very good Mushkin PC3200 to put in to it as well.

As for coolers, would a Arctic Freezer Pro 7 do the job?

Arctic Freezer pro will be fine, had one on my Prescott few years ago.
I would proberly go for the 6xx range, they have 64bit code if needed.
