Everybody will have their own "pet" answer for this, ie. Raxco PerfectDisk, O & O Degrag Professional 10, Diskeeper etc, but as already mentioned Auslogics Disk Defrag, which can be found in the Defrag/HDD Monitoring Software section (along with some others) is supposed to be pretty good...and it is free.
