Looking to try some things out so needs some VM software that runs on 64bit Vista.

VMWare Server will not run since its drivers are not digitally signed

Any other options? Oh needs to be able to run 64bit guest machines

Cheers

Use the beta

now vmware have really made me mad with this. the questionnaire is ridiculous. i don't work in IT so i'd have to lie through my teeth just to get it. why can't i just put i'm a home pc user.

on topic: i still think vmware is best though. virtual box isn't far behind. just not as easy to configure a network with. and VPC sucks balls.....

virtualbox

it's freeware, and the developers listen to their users :) (have to install the 'additions' once in the vm to get the vista network driver, ms dropped the native one that they use for xp etc)

it's the fastest VM out there

Im after linux virtualisation, not vista, but the host machine is Vista 64bit

But i will give the beta a go this weekend

Cheers

I would say use Virtual Box. I have started using it on XP Home for a Virtual Linux Ubuntu Installation and it has been top notch.
