at home, you?
i have an arctic freezer pro 7, and tbh its not much kop for cooling, i pretty much cant push past 4.3ghz on my i5 without the temps getting into the 40's on idle, and into the 80's when on maximum ibt so im wondering, what is the best way to attatch another fan to it on the other side of the cooler in a push pull manner, my issue is going to be the fact that the back of the cooler isnt square as shown in this image

i know i should really just buy a better cooler as this is just a budget one, but im skint at the min, so if anyone can suggest a way to do it, then all the better for now lol

If you can't get another fan, you could always replace your current fan for a better one (if you can take that fan out) or just make sure you can get enough airflow to the cooler with other fans in the case. Or you could get a spot cooler like this one, although that may be getting a little expensive, you can get cheaper spot coolers.

Cable ties or bungee cord perhaps?

I'd just get a better cooler though. Dual fans only make a couple of degrees difference and that's when they are designed to fit on the cooler. In this cooler's case the curve would negate any performance increase an additional fan could provide as the fan would just move air from the surrounding area, rather than from the heatsink itself.

hmm....might be time to see if i can get an early birthday present.......might be pushing my luck, its not till october :P
