Best way to clean marks from MBP?

Just looking at my mac and its pretty manky looking, whats the best way to go about cleaning the aluminum body?

Also whats the best solution for cleaning the screen?

Water. Get a slightly damp lint free cloth and clean it with that. Dry it off with a cloth of the same type, but not damp.

I use a magic eraser.

No water, no chemicals, not too abrasive. No fuss
