'Ello all.....
Currently got an Asus P5W DH Deluxe with 2 onboard Sata II ports and an JMicron JMB363 controller which supports an additional two SATAII ports (I think...)
At the moment I'm using a (totally shot) Segate 250 gig Sata II drive that's servicable but I do a fair bit of video/graphic editing as well as gaming and was wondering what would be the next best step to improve data performance.
I was thinking about having Windows on it's own drive and applications and storage on another......
Any opinions or options I have not considered? I'm really not sure
Data redundancy is of little interest to me, as I have an external array I back up to during/after projects
