just treated my self to a new pj after being offered it reasonably cheaply (PT-AE500E) but just tryin to work out the best way to connect it to my comp and 360 for films and games etc.
with my old pj i had 2 g-cards, my main x800pro connected to both my tft's and a radeon 7000 to the pj. i also had a couple of cheap ass vga switches so i could switch the vga signal from the 360 between my 2nd tft and pj (dependong on what i felt like using lol).
this was ok though you could see a bit of image bluring and ghosting (probs down to the poor quality 360 vga cable i had at the time and the switch boxes).
I've since removes the radeon 7000 and one of the switch boxes in an attempt to get better quality images. Now i really should probs get rid of the other switch box im using, but how??

I need a few idea's from you guys on how to connect the lot up using the following connections:
the PJ has vga, dvi and component inputs (also s-video, scart and composite if it makes any difference)
x800pro has 1vga and 1dvi output, also think it has component out via the tv-out connector on it.
2x samsung 913N tft's that only have 1 vga input on them
360 that has just the vga out on it
if it'd make any difference my denon AVR-1906 has component switching though i think this will be uneeded and better if i can leave it out
the only real requirement is to be able to use my 360 on both the pj and the second TFT (but not at the same time. one or the other depending on what i feel like using), also to get rid of the vga switchbox i have and instead just use the video switching within the projector and computer (or what ever would be better than the heapo vga switch i have). I have ultramon installed so dont mind changing profiles to disable the second output on my graphics card and enable the tv-out for the pj etc
