I've bought a new slim 160GB PS3 today to replace my ailling 40GB model but the process to copy my saved games etc seems to be horribly long-winded!

I've put a 4GB USB stick in and can copy across my saved game files but its taking ages as there doesnt appear to be an option to select multiple files in one go!?!?!

Is there a quick way to do this? I've read about doing a full system backup but its telling me I need 19GB in addition to the 4GB USB stick and it wont let me select my NAS as the backup source! Now I can use a 120GB USB drive but surely I will have to reformat in FAT32.....only the format utility in Windows 7 only gives me the option of exFAT whatever the hell that is!?!?

Loads of people must have gone through this - is there an easy/quick way??

Thanks for any suggestions....

I dont think there is - bit stupid as Im sure you can do select all from other parts of the XMB, just nothing associated with your saves :(. Wasnt there a way to hook up two PS3s and copy info from one to the other using USB?

I presume you dont have PS+ either?

Might be - never used as Ive not had 2 PS3s together, didnt know it was over ethernet, makes more sense than USB I guess, though them expecting the average joe to have a crossover cable is a bit daft - lets hope it does some copy verification before it wipes
