Best way to create a signature for OcUK

Anyone got any ideas on the best way to create one? I have access to Photoshop Elements 8, but I've not used it much and not sure if that's the best software to use?

Photoshop elements should be fine, just remember to read the size and file size rules.

Have a look in the General Discussion FAQ Sticky for details about posting pictures.

File> New > Width 400px, Height 75px> OK.

Cheers. Has anybody got any guides of how to create one using Elements? I've only used it a couple of times, to do really basic photo editing.
