Best way to destroy a load of CDs?

go to town on the surface of the CDs with a Stanley knife.

I was randomly bored at home 2 days ago, and found a Stanley knife and a random CD that was lying about. Spent the next 10 minutes making a mesh pattern on both sides with the knife. Great fun

Really? Before this thread I had no idea, as you can see from my OP around water.

Now I have used my shredder I have saved myself hours instead of sitting there with a knife carving them up. Sounds like a good thread to me.

that's exactly what I was going to suggest. Got a bit of that on my calculator and it ate a big hole right through the case and pcb.

I shoot mine with my air rifle. I try to shoot through the middle without cracking the CD as practice. The just shoot them to pieces for fun when I'm bored .
