Best way to get to Ashbourne from Stoke

Why's that? I know Macc is the station before and i could always depart there. I used to live there too lol

I don't mind paying for a taxi, i wouldn't want to put you out of your way, it's only £20 anyway. I'd feel awkward lol.

I'm relying on public transport too though, and with all the flooding up here, i'll have to see what time i get to Manchester before i know what train i'm getting on, so there's a chance i may not even make the 16.35 train out of Piccadilly.

Well so far it looks like we'll get to Manchester on time (3.15ish), train leaves piccadilly at 4.30ish unless there is any delay. So if its ok paradigm, we'll take you up on your offer. I'll trust you my number if its still ok?
