Old toothbrush, water and washing up liquid, then wipe off with a damp cloth.

Not chav trainers lol, I run a lot and treat myself to some Nike Shox 240's however proved useless in a cross country run I did. So with spending a fair bit on trainers pointless buying some new ones.
