Best way to install W10 to new SSD?

That's the big relief..I read in some quarters once installed on other hardware there could be problems installing another "free" version!

Treat me as stupid..does the USB for the install of the OS need to be formatted in any particular way?
 
I keep getting invalid partition table, I have it set to boot on USB-FFB and that's it.

Also I can still boot to my old drive, but when going to try and install it via the old OS, of course it doesn't let me skip the serial number part.

Its odd...its a Gigabyte MB, theirs a range of USB options but they don't seem to see anything..theirs USB-FFB, USB-ZIP etc.

Trying to install to this, it hooke dup formatted and working fine.

No..turns out Gigbyte is just TERRIBLE for USB boot drives.

Mad a bootable USB with the ISO, that sorted it!
