Best way to re-touch wall?!

Right I have a dart board in a wooden cabinet in my hallway however after several drunk nights and lots of darts in the wall there are about 25-50 small holes in the wall

Whats the best way to fill/cover up/paint/anything?!

Once done Ill be putting up cork boards above and below the board

If you want to do a proper job you'll have to paint that entire wall. Even if the paint is an exact match. You will easily see the new paint as it doesn't have x-years of dirt on it.

Just fill the holes up with filler, sand down if needed. Then paint that wall.

No need for sandpaper? Fail

Might be a good idea (depending on how long ago the room was painted) once, filled and sanded, painting the whole wall.
