I want to add an email field to my form on my website which will email the user back with a confirmation email, as well as me. Just wondered what's the best way to stop people abusing this?
Sort of. I can't really stop someone putting someone elses email address in, but I would like to limit people to only being able to send 1 email every 10 minutes or something to stop people sending loads out. Any ideas mate?
Sounds like a good option. Are there any other ways of doing this without using a database? I was thinking about putting a pause in the php script before the message is sent.
