Best Web browser for android ?

Chrome, despite all the "Light" browsers I always find Chrome being the fastest and most fluid

Still using chrome beta here, stable with no issues. Using adaway and xposed to set it up in tablet view means I get a tablet experience on my phablet

Flash doesn't work on Dolphin any more on my Note 2, 4.4.2. Was the only reason I used it

Opera for me too. Can't beat its text reflow when zooming in. Now has bookmark and speed dial sync/backup which was kind of long overdue. Tried others and of those Dolphin was a close contender but Opera remains my go to browser currently.

Have you tried the Flash APK from their lab page?: https://dolphin.com/lab/en

It's been modified to not use the APIs that has been removed in KK to allow it to work. It also works for LP as well.

Habit Browser, excellent with lots of tweaks, and plays flash. Got pie controls too.
Could be a bit daunting to start with, but once you get the hang of it its great
