Best windows/registery/general cleaning programs?

As the title says, can anyone recommend the best windows/registery and general computer cleaning programs? Preferably free..

Ccleaner and RegSeeker for free.

TuneUp 2006 and Ashampoo Winoptimizer paid.

Another vote for CC. I used to use Tracks Erazer Pro, both good programmes

cc is cool

There's an older program called Regcleaner out there. It's not been updated for a few years now but I think it's pretty neat for getting rid of stuff that ccleaner doesn't pick up.

CCleaner has been known to clean things it shouldnt, such as important settings and ini files.

Anyways I personally recomend Steve Goulds CleanUp! instead or a lot of people are bigging up Attribune's ATF cleaner: http://www.atribune.org/content/view/19/2/

I have used both Regseeker and CCleaner, both very good.

Also there's Advanced System Optimizer which is brilliant, it is it pay for, but there are no limits in the trial which is cool.
